Starting with release 1.55, the SCOP classification is distributed in the form of a set of sequences, coordinates, and parseable files, all based on a new set of identifiers. For an account of these changes, file formats, file contents and meaning, see:

    scop domain sequences

  • SCOP genetic domain sequences can be obtained from the ASTRAL web site.
(There may be a short delay after a new SCOP release before the new set of sequences become available.)
    scop domain coordinate files

  • PDB-style coordinate files for all SCOP genetic domains are available at the ASTRAL web site.
(There may be a short delay after a new SCOP release before the new set of coordinates become available.)
